Today itβs Steak letβs explore!
Two nice N.Y. Strips with this seasoning
What are the apple slices for you ask?
I grill the steaks on top of the apple slices.... I actually developed this technique for BBQ chicken.. more on this later.
I flip the Steaks but NOT the Apple slices
The steaks are done Iβm aiming for medium rare.. letβs find out?
Very nice ππ»
Itβs meat and potatoes tonight folks
Very good they look fantastic
Now this is what is left of the Apple slices.. they arenβt good for anything at this point... so I throw them out but thought I would show them grill side down and steak side up .. respectively.
I think that would be next level for pork, itβs a good idea
Here is a pic from the last time I used the same technique on BBQ chicken this is just the last pic from when I was glazing the BBQ sauce on
Yes great on pork chops as well it keeps it away from direct heat and steam cooks the juice from the apple slices into the meat.
Now I used it on steak this time because of the Bourbon & Brown Sugar seasoning it matched with the Apple... if I were to be using say a Montreal Steak seasoning.. I would cook on Onion Slices..
Bruh that sounds so good
You made BBQ ribs before? Those are my favorite
I also like lamb
What are these BBQ Ribs you speak of?
