Now this is what is left of the Apple slices.. they aren’t good for anything at this point... so I throw them out but thought I would show them grill side down and steak side up .. respectively.

I think that would be next level for pork, it’s a good idea

Yes great on pork chops as well it keeps it away from direct heat and steam cooks the juice from the apple slices into the meat.

Now I used it on steak this time because of the Bourbon & Brown Sugar seasoning it matched with the Apple... if I were to be using say a Montreal Steak seasoning.. I would cook on Onion Slices..

Lamb isn’t readily available to me up here so I don’t make it very often like once or twice a year... but I do a lot of wild game such as Caribou and Reindeer... and other stuff as it comes my way...Salmon in the fall for sure.

Have you ever had Shepherds Pie? It’s a Lamb Recipe that is quite good.

I have a verity of Fish to choose from.. it’s seasonal but I freeze plenty.
Grayling and Perch too.

Variety’s of Crab are seasonal up here too... I stock up when it’s cheap...

This is what one of my freezers looks like with plenty of game cuts... all stocked up for winter time.

There is a second and I have a 3rd one in the garage I keep sea food in one, domestic like Beef , Chicken and Pork in the other and the last one is for wild game.

I live 40 miles from town... so that’s an 80 mile round trip for me.

I have family that lives in an closer to town... but everyone knows my place is the bug out spot if SHTF.

Outstanding Ice cream, but I never ended up taking pics cause I forgot. It's not overly sweet/sugary, It's creamy, somewhat rich, not overly-milky either, chewy, gooey, stretchy. It isn't even Gelato, and its super stretchy
