Now this is what is left of the Apple slices.. they aren’t good for anything at this point... so I throw them out but thought I would show them grill side down and steak side up .. respectively.

I think that would be next level for pork, it’s a good idea

2021-02-22 03:04:18 UTC

Here is a pic from the last time I used the same technique on BBQ chicken this is just the last pic from when I was glazing the BBQ sauce on

2021-02-22 03:05:16 UTC

Yes great on pork chops as well it keeps it away from direct heat and steam cooks the juice from the apple slices into the meat.

2021-02-22 03:07:08 UTC

Now I used it on steak this time because of the Bourbon & Brown Sugar seasoning it matched with the Apple... if I were to be using say a Montreal Steak seasoning.. I would cook on Onion Slices..

2021-02-22 03:07:48 UTC

Bruh that sounds so good

2021-02-22 03:07:59 UTC

You made BBQ ribs before? Those are my favorite

2021-02-22 03:08:44 UTC

2021-02-22 03:09:42 UTC

I don't know a good lamb recipe yet

2021-02-22 03:11:29 UTC

Lamb isn’t readily available to me up here so I don’t make it very often like once or twice a year... but I do a lot of wild game such as Caribou and Reindeer... and other stuff as it comes my way...Salmon in the fall for sure.

2021-02-22 03:12:17 UTC

Have you ever had Shepherds Pie? It’s a Lamb Recipe that is quite good.

2021-02-22 03:12:38 UTC

2021-02-22 03:27:17 UTC

2021-02-22 03:28:05 UTC

I have family that lives in an closer to town... but everyone knows my place is the bug out spot if SHTF.

2021-02-22 03:49:09 UTC

There's this place near me, at the NEX, Called Black Sheep Cream Co.

Outstanding Ice cream, but I never ended up taking pics cause I forgot. It's not overly sweet/sugary, It's creamy, somewhat rich, not overly-milky either, chewy, gooey, stretchy. It isn't even Gelato, and its super stretchy
