Or well it was good, especially considering the quantity and it was my first time
Super crispy

and garlic
Again though it was my first time, next time, I'll get it done even better
i just dont have a fryer
and im not good at cooking
and i hate dishes
Well it’s Friday and in observance I’m having fish but as I said I was making eggrolls I have premade them so I can fry on demand. I did two different batches, one just vegetables and the other with pork and shrimp
For lunch I’m going to make Fried perch fillets and a few shrimp w/ French fries of course all from scratch
I blanch the fries earlier so they’re ready for a second fry to be nice and crisp. I’m gonna take a break before dunking this in the oil for the final stage to chow down and I’ll post a picture of the final results before I devour
Yeah but if you are going to get a bunch of oil up to temperature it’s best to fry a bunch at a time.
On my outdoor grill I have a side burner on it.
When I go to Fry, it’s done in large batches outside to help with the mess clean up issues..
It’s just always going to splatter.
When people go to Fry foods the two biggest mistakes I see is not having enough oil and it not being up to temperature.
It’s always going to be messy.
But what you did looks really good.
Finally. Later than I expected but I got heavily involved in some conversation in the general section. Now I can enjoy
😋
I’m thinking about making these later...
Make the noodles
Rinse toss with oil
Cover and set aside
Garlic, Onions, Peppers and Chicken on medium heat with a 1/2 cup of Chardonnay
Stirring occasionally
When the chicken is about 1/2 way done I add fresh chopped spinach
Stirring occasionally
Then I add 1/2 cup of parmigiana and mix in completely....
