2021-01-27 00:06:13 UTC

I’m totally writing that controversial paper I mentioned on abortion, and it has to be unbiased. So I have to use two sources from both sides, and I am struggling to get through these pro-choice sources.

2021-01-27 00:14:04 UTC

Oh my

2021-01-27 00:14:12 UTC

Yep that’s gonna be a huge pain to get through

2021-01-27 00:23:26 UTC

One of them is titled, “Yes, I Do Want Your Taxes to Pay for Abortion.”

2021-01-27 00:28:47 UTC

Wtf

Your teacher is gonna love that

2021-01-27 03:51:03 UTC

if they are republican I doubt they will care but if you have a libtard well....

2021-01-27 04:13:01 UTC

Interesting. Is it because social class that they are more likely to do abortion?

2021-01-27 04:46:41 UTC

Did you talk about Margaret Sanger?

2021-01-27 12:30:42 UTC

According to a study released by Protecting Black Life, an outreach of Life Issues Institute, “79 percent of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities are strategically located within walking distance of African and or Hispanic communities.”

2021-01-27 12:31:20 UTC

No, it's because liberals support baby-murdering and conservatives don't

2021-01-27 13:34:13 UTC

Well that just insinuates people of color cannot be conservative and I don't think that's something you want to support

2021-01-27 13:36:05 UTC

The issue is complicated. On one hand, people of color face higher social and economic disadvantages to this day in too many places around the US, and by the same principle they are more likely to be economically devastated by an unplanned baby. Plus, maternal mortality rates are higher in these communities.

2021-01-27 13:36:44 UTC

But on the other hand, the founder's intent might not be in the right place. It's a hard bargain, huh..

2021-01-27 14:38:26 UTC

I mean the topic of abortion is complicated. People are reckless and it’s their fault they have the baby. A big problem is that people can just go somewhere else to perform an abortion. They should be smart enough to know taking care of a child is way more than an abortion

2021-01-27 14:41:05 UTC

Abortion is morally wrong in every aspect don’t get me wrong but the problem with abortion is that people will find other ways to do abortions. If the mom would die from giving birth I think it’s fair to give abortion

2021-01-27 15:11:05 UTC

I see what you're saying. The only real way to stop abortions is in a societal shift towards religion, but that's not likely for multiple reasons. Otherwise, we should acknowledge that though we may disagree with a person's actions or find them immoral, they usually have a reason, and in some cases it's more valid than we assume.
