we are too far gone for education to do squat... just need to start culling the herd by removing warning labels 🙂

Most animals that are about to disappear aren't doing that because of their inteligence but when you can only feed on one flower and that flower disappears you will die (I belive the longsword bird is an example of this behaviour, where they can fizicaly eat only one flower)

School was made to make factory workers not mature people

School makes you have big dreams and then once you get older it crushes them

I think I actually got lucky with my experience in public school

American schools have a good fundamental system of making YOU figure it out... BUT 90% of teachers implement that very very poorly

It's also absurdly difficult to get fired from a government job, especially when you have one of the largest unions in the country backing you up

yea..... well 3 big things would really help fix education. 1 up the standard on what it takes to even be considered for any teaching position, 2 up the pay rate for future teachers and current teachers, 3 get rid of teachers unions and give schools the ability to fire bad teachers.
