A bad option is better than a worse option right

2021-02-16 16:28:50 UTC

I am making a real world argument...

2021-02-16 16:28:59 UTC

@nadrud that's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. It's not even logical

2021-02-16 16:29:08 UTC

its not like shutting down a sweat shop changes thieir lives for the btter

2021-02-16 16:29:18 UTC

@nadrud no you're making a parrot argument

2021-02-16 16:29:22 UTC

He’s saying it’s relative

2021-02-16 16:29:24 UTC

I think

2021-02-16 16:29:30 UTC

Imagine if you had said that when the US used child sweatshops

2021-02-16 16:29:50 UTC

bc your feelings are only surface based... you lose interest once you get what you want. you like many others are too sheltered to see the repercussions from your hurt feelings.

2021-02-16 16:30:03 UTC

We wouldn’t have the world we have today where children in the US don’t have to go labor for 14 hours a day

2021-02-16 16:30:13 UTC

If people in th Us care SSSSOOOO much why can’t they just trade their lives with theirs

2021-02-16 16:30:18 UTC

I see I’ve been missing out on a good old fashioned verbal fisticuffs

2021-02-16 16:30:31 UTC

Well during the time period where the US actually turned a blind eye to sweatshops, people had the alternative of packing up all their stuff and moving out west, even if it meant being dirt poor. It was a gamble

2021-02-16 16:30:31 UTC

I must have hit a nerve with this person

2021-02-16 16:30:34 UTC

@nadrud you're just reiterating what you've been told w/o actually questioning it and practicing heuristic skills

2021-02-16 16:30:37 UTC

They don’t have that option in China

2021-02-16 16:30:38 UTC

Uh... what is this supposed to mean

2021-02-16 16:30:52 UTC

Nvm

2021-02-16 16:31:01 UTC

lol

2021-02-16 16:31:02 UTC

I hate autocorrect

2021-02-16 16:31:11 UTC

so what you're telling me is wrong? explain. where do the children go when the sweatshop is shut down?

2021-02-16 16:31:15 UTC

i fucking slept for 30 minutes on zoom with my camera on. people clapped when I woke up

2021-02-16 16:31:20 UTC

Movement is restricted by social credit systems, there is no new unoccupied land for people to go settle, there is no upward mobility in that economy

2021-02-16 16:31:31 UTC

So according to Stacey Plasket as a defense attorney you ain't allowed to use evidence including black, women, and jews because that is racist, sexist, and zenophobic.

2021-02-16 16:31:36 UTC

i’m not joking they called my dad to wake me up

2021-02-16 16:31:53 UTC

sweatshop is a loose term... we had them here in the usa and the uk for over a hundred years...

2021-02-16 16:31:59 UTC

Oh I hear you

2021-02-16 16:32:01 UTC

@nadrud I don't support slavery.

2021-02-16 16:32:10 UTC

i said non slavery sweat shops

2021-02-16 16:32:22 UTC

but unfortunatly when you shut those down, those jobs typically go to a place like china

2021-02-16 16:32:24 UTC

When you squeeze the task masters change happens

2021-02-16 16:32:33 UTC

where they force the people to work and put nets around the factory

2021-02-16 16:32:34 UTC

@nadrud there's no such thing

2021-02-16 16:32:36 UTC

so they cant even kill themselves

2021-02-16 16:32:53 UTC

you really are ignorant aren't you

2021-02-16 16:32:56 UTC

are you trolling me?

2021-02-16 16:33:12 UTC

or are you just young and oblivious to what poverty actually looks like?

2021-02-16 16:33:12 UTC

@nadrud You're a bleeding heart that doesn't understand that death is all around us.

2021-02-16 16:33:13 UTC

where they continue to be slave like sweat shops. but its ignored by woke libs and media bc companies like nike and apple profit off of it.

2021-02-16 16:33:50 UTC

kyzercube how about you listen to the professor explain what he found when he visited those places and then come back and make your argument

2021-02-16 16:34:02 UTC

@nadrud Yours is a blip on the screen
