It’s a no win argument

Men and women will never be the same, they are biologically different and they act and think different because of that basic biology. The whole “they’re completely the same” argument is asinine and backwards

Men typically are more assertive, women are typically more passive. Men are more prone to physical violence, women are more likely to inflict “social violence” (I hate that term but I use it for lack of a better one) men are more comfortable being lone wolves at times, women rely very heavily on social groups

Nothing equity based

Equity is stupid and can never occur no matter how hard people want it to, that is why it should never be attempted in the first place

If everyone were all of a sudden made financially equal, it would not take long before they were unequal again. The smart and strategic would figure out a way to rise to the top and the unproductive people would sink right back to the bottom

Kathleen Kennedy would have been fired a long time ago if they were able to fire her. Disney might be a evil corporation but they’re not stupid. What probably happened is that Kennedy had an affair with Spielberg a long time ago back when she was his assistant. If Disney fires her, they’re afraid she would try to metoo him, and use her allies in the Hollywood media and blogging complex to drag the whole industry through the mud. The Hollywood brass are afraid that it would make them look bad by association, because Spielberg is one of the most celebrated filmmakers of all time. If the affair thing is not true, then something else must be. She HAS to have major dirt on someone. There is no reason why they would’ve let such a terrible executive stick around for so long
