I've been seeing a lot of people trying to dunk on Texas for not getting the like "winter package" on their wind turbines. It's silly as hell, especially when there are still people freezing without power, but sure, get those Twitter likes.

I'd feel worse for Texans during this cold if I hadn't just spent the past month or so hearing some of them bragging about how great Texas is, and how everywhere else sucks.
