@manes its not instinctive tho, I grew up only ever knowing metric so thats intuitive to me, I haven't a bulls notion how far a yard is for example, but I can accurately give most distances in metres

reminder that you dont need to hardcore diet to loose weight if you have aton of it, just doing things like avoiding sugared drinks and fast food will go a long way.
yeah and don't be afraid to try new options if you do have a cheat day every once in a while

Pick a fasting day every week or skip supper and breakfast a few days, if you have dinner at 6pm and lunch the next day at 1pm you've gone 19 hours (is that right?) Without food
Or do long distance running like 15k at a very slow pace
Burn into your fat reserves
Fasting while awake is more effective btw
Also drink loads of water and only water
