@The Grand Gizzard why can't you go to the gym? Too stingey to pay or the nearest one too far away? In either case try joining a sport, doesn't even matter it you're any good but the club might have its own gym or discounted membership somewhere, plus you'll make friends with lads who can give you a lift to a gym

Toothpaste

Put that on a spot and leave it dry

The basic toothpaste counteracts the acids which are in the spot and enflame the skin

Honestly if you get like plain Colgate it'll do the trick, newer style toothpastes won't be as good they go sticky rather than hard

Sudocrem as well is good, dunno what it's called in America tho

It's literally just a cure all zinc based cream for bites, rashes, sores etc

Go to bed with the toothpaste on btw it'll mostly come off during the night but if it's dried it won't be messy, it goes off like chalk, in the morning you'll 100% see a big difference

Got a question, is an all meat diet feasible in the slightest? It doesn’t sound it to me, but I’ve seen people like Jordan Peterson giving anecdotal evidence that it may work for certain individuals.

Why do you not think it’s feasible?

I did it for about 5 weeks and felt unreal. I only stopped because it was a bit expensive but I’ll start it again when I can find good value meat in bulk.
