but if you cant lock one down there, whats the chances that a venue change will help

A lot of tiny, practically invisible towns like this in the region. Would be pretty awesome to find one where much of the property sites were for sale.

Some of them seem to be practically giving away large portions of the town.

My only concerns are 1. The winter would be terrible 2. We'd be hours from even a mid sized city which could support jobs 3. What the water situation is. In the future, access to clean fresh water will be the biggest concern most people will have
