north or south
middle but technically south on the east coast
why the fuck would we want to deal with a terrace?
dmac, the issue with developing shitty land, is that by the time you're done, you've invested more into it than good land would have cost
do i look like a chink to you?
What if we used pumps to drain water from the bottom terrace and pump it back up to the top so the water is flowing?
if i could turn 3000 an acre land into 20k an acre land for less than 17k... well
I agree with @dmac100 , we shouldnt be wasting cash on boxed in property
dmac if you have an idea that isnt retarded, feel free to share
look at that
oh i dont really care about where whatever is, im just saying, theres a reason undeveloped land stays undeveloped
6k per acre
I dont mean that property specifically but thats what I think we should be looking for, Big single properties to keep the community together
Ight check this one in Washington http://www.landwatch.com/Stevens-County-Washington-Land-for-sale/pid/25072934
3.3k per acre
Its 1740 acres
but looks nice
How much land would a group of people need?
depends on what you want out of it
well how big is the group?
we dont know yet
dmac, why are you even here then?
Oh shit, FOUND IT
Its 300 acres of farmland with nice rolling hills
2mil tho
Down payment on the future lol
no dmac, I do not, I only shoot down your ideas because theyre retarded
@dmac100 I know what you mean about the land values, land is WAY cheaper in the states you listed
I havent shot down anybody elses idea yet
and if we arent using sea access then why do we need to be in the PNW, wouldnt any land in the mainland be usable?
because thats the area we chose
Im so done with him
Land is so cheap elsewhere though...
generally good location criteria involves good climate, lots of natural obstacles (including distance) and good resources. Also you want to stay away from major population centers
the point is likely that this discord is literally called cascade front/is dedicated to the pnw dealio
