So God sent many prophets warning and telling them not to go down that path...but the people turned from God and said stop sending prophets pointing out our sins....so Gods worst chastisement is to allow the people to wallow in their sins. So he sent false prophets who told them their sins are okay. And thats basically Modernism. A chastisement for Abortion and contraception. Human growth hormone spikes while fasting and insulin inhibits it. So feasting all the days and then fasting occasionally is optimal
yeah i went to bed last ngiht around 8 my last meal was at 6 then i woke up at 12 pm today ate 3 bananas and drank some tea
so by five i was very very dizzy
