Most people know the basic Nazis= bad Jews= Killed by Nazis, but the finer details are being obscured further and further because people just don't care. As more and more of those details get obscured, then we will be able to more easily question official narratives. This generation coming up now has had very little interaction with WW2 vets and the war is no longer the largest thing hanging in the minds of the public. The Iraq war has a greater cultural relevance than WW2 now.
