Show me the 'flaws' you see.

Flaws I see are vestigial traits. Auriculares muscles, orbitalis muscles, arrector pili muscle, the apendix, the coccyx, male nipples, foetal gill slits. Just a couple of design flaws in a single species of primate. These have no use to humans but are useful to other organisms. I guess my question is, why would a designer put so many vestigial or sometimes harmful (such as in the case of wisdom teeth) structures into any organism much less all organisms?
