2019-11-03 18:04:20 UTC

How does that do eclipses?

2019-11-03 18:05:14 UTC

Well the sun and the moon aren't always moving at the same speed

2019-11-03 18:05:19 UTC

That is just a simplified diagram.

2019-11-03 18:07:31 UTC

So sometimes they overlap, and the shadows can as well.

2019-11-03 18:08:05 UTC

Could you show me a non-simplified diagram? Makes arguing a lot easier

There is also the possibility of a light blocking object in the sky, one that is unseen.

2019-11-03 18:11:09 UTC

So the detailed version has only two orbits?

2019-11-03 18:11:55 UTC

Well many things are in orbit.

2019-11-03 18:12:08 UTC

I don't doubt nasa has satellites.

2019-11-03 18:12:15 UTC

But they wont share what they see.

2019-11-03 18:13:35 UTC

No I mean that you showed me 3 diagrams, the first two had 3 orbits, the last (non-simplified) model has 2. Is there a reason behind that?

2019-11-03 18:14:44 UTC

No, all of those are the sun...

2019-11-03 18:14:52 UTC

At different times of the year

2019-11-03 18:23:29 UTC

Aah okay, I see

2019-11-03 18:24:03 UTC

How does the sun move between those orbits? Is there a force involved?

2019-11-03 18:24:34 UTC

I askes that once i got th3 response: `God determines their path`

2019-11-03 18:25:11 UTC

Suuuuuuure

2019-11-03 18:26:58 UTC

what *does* determine the suns path on a FE model ?

2019-11-03 18:28:07 UTC

also, denser things do fall, but *why* do they fall on a FE model ?

2019-11-03 18:28:35 UTC

And what determines the direction of falling?

2019-11-03 18:32:10 UTC

Nice try, but if your explanation held true the sun would be measurably larger in angular size at noon than at any other time of the day. Instead of setting, it would disappear in a bright point as it approaches but never quite reaches the horizon. At sunset and at noon the sun never changes from .53 degrees across.

2019-11-03 18:32:34 UTC

you still haven't explained gravity.

2019-11-03 18:37:23 UTC

It's all on perspective.

2019-11-03 18:38:41 UTC

2019-11-03 18:46:27 UTC

guys

2019-11-03 18:46:33 UTC

do people actually think

2019-11-03 18:46:35 UTC

the earth is round

2019-11-03 18:46:37 UTC

like wtf

2019-11-03 18:47:04 UTC

2019-11-03 18:47:39 UTC

guysssss

2019-11-03 18:47:42 UTC

i don't understand how some people are so uninformed that they think that the earth is round

2019-11-03 18:47:43 UTC

talk to me please

2019-11-03 18:47:46 UTC

help me understand

2019-11-03 18:47:54 UTC

let's debate upon some flat earth theories guys

2019-11-03 18:47:58 UTC

i think most of the people
