And the difficulty increases
keep count and a log so you know when you are making progression, brudda
About the only thing I can pull up is my pants. Y_Y
@Xychotic me and you workout
at my part of the park
Pull ups, i only can do 1 and a half
More like me watch you workout.
no
O
what about chin ups?
I will have you work out @Xychotic
inside wrist facing you
and have you defend our park spot from niggas
Push ups i can do 7 without sweating a buck but the last 3 i slow down
Chin ups i can do 2 consecutives
The 3rd one i lose form
I can't do pull ups or chin ups.
I can do one push up.
@Xychotic you will defend our spot from niggas
@Biolucker I suggest this week doing 2 sets of 5 pullups, but for the pulling yourself up portion of the rep, youre going to jump up. On the descent of the rep, you’re going to do your best to control yourself to not just drop down.
or we die
@Xychotic you can decrese the dificulty and then build enough strenght to make more progress
slow and control and reps of 6 would be good once you feel like you don't have to jump into them
Ok i'll write that one
you'll feel your lats doing more work the more you progress
Also loosing weight helps you since you're now pulling/pushing less weight
just gotta get use to activating them
Accumulating volume will do you more good than going balls to the walls.
Always keep some in the tank so you can come back tomorrow
should really do it daily too, its just body weight, not like you are lifting massive weight
unless you are massive that is
That's what i tought, i was doing 1 day of rest but now i feel i can do it every day
yeah do it
even if you quit after 20 minutes, its better then zero progress
Guys!! I got to read a bunch of notes and hear some voice recordings from my late father. I got his side of the story when it comes to the custody battle that happened over me when I was five
You guys can probably guess exactly what happened
@ResolvingParadox13 oh man....
But you know what's even crazier
