or sitting in the wrong part of the bus.

It's a bit excessive but he did call 32 times so he was kinda asking for it

the law in norway says you can get up to 1 year if you are a total asshole with the emergency number

and they dont play around with fake calls as all calls have to be treated as a real one and that eat up time that can be spent on real emergency's

the punishment should be to inflict the reported emergency onto the caller, and in the case that the person is just trolling without saying anything, their communication devices should be spammed 24/7 for a year
