Smokeless is always dangerous in a blackpowder gun
Though reduced charge smokeless has been used in metallic cartridge era black powder cartridges
Like the germans did with 11mm mauser for awhile
And theyve modernized .44-40, and .45-70 for smokeless
lol well its an outdoor range so you can fire anything
the ca hunter saftey course wants you to know details about percessiun muzzeloaded weapons, as if those are used in any practical scenario
They worried about a civil war soldier shooting up a school?
Might as well regulate bows at that point
theyre not regulated but there are a bunch of questions about them on the hunter safety course

I didn't turn my TV down before watching this
So, what I find terrifying/amazing is that this is something any competent gun Smith or machinist could make
RIP Shoulder
I really like those sniper subsonics
they do fairly well in my FVSR

And 168 grains sucks...these things should shoot 200-225s
Is it a concern about chamber pressure, like using modern .30-06's with Garands?
No
This cartridge was invented in the 90s
It's the fastest and most powerful 30 cartridge ever built
It will shoot a 150 grain bullet at 3,850ft/s
Which is insane
Gottagofast meets boomer autism?
Yes
Pretty much

Some Brits own firearms
