ISBS is MVP, better than the actual apocolypse DLC, and great reduces time needed to defeat enemies. You get base-delta-zero about 50 years in (if it not earlier), and then the ragnarok/avator late to straight up crack planets

But my stellaris has so many mods that it crashes if some new stuff is enabled or anything is disabled in the mod menu.

Bombarding planet + invasion takes long. Kinetic bombardment makes it so that you keep the ship above planet but dont have to waste sending troopers. Then theres the ragnarok and avatar:
