I'm Jose Mourinho
I want to sign this man
I want to sign this man to a contract that means his son will have to work for us
OF course I will make the contract more fair than that
make that man as loyal as a dog to us
Not Loyal
this guy is a Formula 1 driver
I want to give him Β£3 extra an hour
I want to enter a bidding war with Domino's and Pizza Hut
and we end up paying him Β£25 an hour
It's still worth it
but If I offer him a contract at say 10-11 before the bidding war. He'll sign it
and it takes time to get out of a contract
and you can give counter offers when a prime worker puts in his two/four weeks if you have them on a contract
Well I could have matched Domino's at Β£1.50 kept the F1 driver with the 150mph Polo
I'm still a Capitalist at heart
This sounds like communist bullshit labor laws to me
Honestly it revolves around it being hard to fire someone
So the answer is to Zero Hours a person
Yeah, sounds like commie bullshit
SO instead I'll give you no hours next week
and I'll treat you like a dogs body filling in the shit hours
until you fuck off
<:HonkHonk:566814473646768128>
Like I said Zero Hours was a managers wet dream
A managers wet dream is being able to fire anyone he wants
Zero Hours is better than that
Doesn't sound like it
even if they are shit
when you are fucked for staff
you call up these Zeros
and offer them 2 hours
It's better than firing people
Why not just fire all of them, and hire competent people?
cus it's Retail or Food service bruh
you get alot of donkeys
Get better at hiring then.
This sounds like bad business tbh
If I wanted wait staff, I wouldn't call in someone who barely works and I know is bad at the job.
That looks bad on me, and ruins my bottom line
I want a full staff who knows what they're doing 100% of the time, and I can count on every day.
