Mogg is voting Mays deal

2019-03-27 09:51:58 UTC

is may still dancing?

The world is upside down

2019-03-27 09:52:47 UTC

may is like more than a month away

2019-03-27 09:53:37 UTC

It's so dumb... the obvious play to get deal through would be to say to Remainers that it's her deal or no deal - then she'd get enough votes to pass it... but instead she said to ERG that it's her deal or no Brexit, which isn't enough votes to get her deal through.

DUP are still refusing to vote for it

2019-03-27 09:54:52 UTC

yes, except that May proved she will do anything to prevent it

No Deal is still in the mix

2019-03-27 09:55:45 UTC

yeah, May's deal is the deal that is worse than no deal.

but Remoaner House of Commons 😐

2019-03-27 09:56:13 UTC

isn't eu the problem? or is it her fault for not to get a better deal?

2019-03-27 09:57:04 UTC

It's her fault - the EU simply did what anybody would do in a negotiation... May thought they would softball because they are "friends"

2019-03-27 09:57:26 UTC

that is a bad posture for negotiations

2019-03-27 09:58:45 UTC

But it's the EU's fault for being a Neo-Marxist shithole in the first place, incapable of meaningful reform. Otherwise, leaving would not be necessary.

2019-03-27 09:59:40 UTC

it is that, another one of those "if it had worked it would have been good" things, like how antifa justifies communism

2019-03-27 09:59:55 UTC

the point is that it didn't work

2019-03-27 10:00:08 UTC

i'm not trying to defend eu

2019-03-27 10:00:20 UTC

it's hard to get intent across in text only

do bigger

2019-03-27 10:03:18 UTC

A free trade coalition between European countries is very logical, as is a NATO-style agreement... but that's not what the EU is doing - it is pressing its members into a Socialist superstate with imperial designs.

if brexit actually happens, i wonder if there will be schizm between eu and uk. it could escalate really easily

2019-03-27 10:05:00 UTC

There is already a schism for daring to disagree in the first place - there's no point expecting friendly negotiations

2019-03-27 10:05:47 UTC

both?`

2019-03-27 10:07:06 UTC

The only thing limiting the schism would be the desire for both sides wanting to look like the good guy

2019-03-27 10:08:36 UTC

2019-03-27 10:18:08 UTC

Trying to conflate that with proof O'Brien is right about Brexit... talk about laying the bullshit really thick this morning

The country could go bankrupt and he'd just be there smiling smuggly
