and it's not the romantic empire
The only power she has over you is what you give her
So stop giving her power
Sorry my phone keyboard
just because there was a church, doesn't mean it was a Christian society
most of the people were serfs or degenerate welfare recipients
Okay but you don't get to say that every time something bad happened it wasn't true religion
just look at "true religions"
@cyberhiker i say this with love in my heart. Develop yourself as a man do odd jobs.. find a goal anyhting as career hobby its okay to play vidyagames but not all day long. Get out socialise excercise do calisthenics or some sport you truly enjoy
Also don’t let your mom control you
Otherwise you will be miserable when you hit 25 i say this cause i know this.
This whole thing is off topic anyways
Male empowerment
Motorsport and cars is what I enjoy.
and tell me that there isn't a difference between institutional religions and religious traditions
Then work in a garage
you're acting as if there is no difference
@TheTechnoVampire what would happen if you removed the blockers
You gotta start small
Besides, if I were to leave her now, I currently don't have a job and have nowhere to go.
Thought you said you were going to college off of grants
Small job as garage boy doing some fixing or learning how to fix

Yes, I do get grants since my mum does not earn enough to support me at Uni, plus I do not have a job.
Talk to your uni financial aid office
Be like “my mom is controlling and I want to gain independence from her, how do I go about it”
Could it just be that you lack confidence and that you're not enjoying your subject? @TheTechnoVampire
I don't know. I know I don't have confidence around women, which is why I'm using Tinder, but it's not going anywhere. All the gorls I match with end up ghosting me.
I'm just saying pointing to lack of religious tradition as an indication of moral decline says nothing about secularism, because even if those people weren't following the rules they still held the belief that morals were established by God. That's a belief that's not held by athiests.
@Sock tell me how many atheists are grounded in sound philosophy
I like cars and motorsport, but I've found out I'm not that academically minded and struggle with essays/assignments.
then tell me how secular societies are somehow superior to a Christian society
I'm more of a kinosthetic learner. I learn by doing.
same honestly, I learn less from textbooks
except maybe philosophy
I have to actually do the math myself
@TheTechnoVampire are you attractive and/or tall?
The only assignments I've got more of a pass on that I know off the top of my head, are a logistics assignment about organisng transport to an event, and CAD. Both were distinctions
