Well first off, I'd not support the Keto diet. The smell of my sweat and piss was horrible

a lot can be done teaching people not to throw away good food just that the date on the package did pass yesterday. most food is fine to eat past it expiring day. the two things I recommend to be careful with is fish and chicken
