Interestingly the troubles was helped by 9/11 because Irish connected Americans stopped sending so much money over

So these people do exist

Ireland is in no position to start any form of trade war as they are still under pressure from the last housing bubble

They have made a presumption about motive... the best legal system money can buy.

It's Scotland

Lawless shithole

```In a summary of their findings, the Court of Session judges said that the suspension of Parliament was motivated by a desire to "stymy Parliament".```
2019-09-11 09:32:26 UTC
It's a fair assumption but no actual evidence for that was presented in court.
2019-09-11 09:33:14 UTC
stymy a parliament who have done fuck all to implement Brexit in the last three years, if only they had an extra couple of weeks to continue to do fuck all about about it
2019-09-11 09:33:15 UTC
...but that's why it was done through the civil court - only need to prove balance of probability instead of provide proper evidence.
So when did the court get power over the queens decision as I'm sure the powers of the British courts are granted by the royal throne
Yeah, a civil court in Scotland being able to overturn Parliamentary procedure sounds fishy to say the least.
Oh fuck... idiots - fucking idiots... I just found out why court ruled the way it did...
...Government did not submit a statement saying why it prorogued, so court ruled based on information available to them - if they had submitted a statement, it would most likely have been thrown out.
2019-09-11 11:01:22 UTC
---
By failing to submit statement, it is assumed nobody prepared to put their name to the official reason for prorogue.
2019-09-11 11:02:53 UTC
Government totally fucked this up... probably because there's too much conflicting information flying around.
This is Lawyer thinking
and weak soy boy Etonites not wanting something in writing
with a Letterhead on it
2019-09-11 11:05:38 UTC
An appeal could win fine so long as they produce a statement that clarifies reason for prorogue, and so long as there's not some document in circulation that contradicts their stated reason for prorogue.
That's why they passed legislation for all private communication to be shared regarding Yellowhammer - they looking for anything to take down the government.
