Boris has a plan - still refusing offer from Farage...

Boris still waiting on deal re-written by Merkel I reckon
```The group of politicians who brought the Scottish case, led by Joanna Cherry, have said they’re “cautiously optimistic”.
A senior UK Government source, closely involved with this, said: “We’re stuffed”.
But legal experts have said it’s too close to call.```
This is worse than an Agatha Christie ending.
sound now fixed
Why wait on a deal writen by Merkel
I'd make it clear I'd wipe my ass on any deal written by a German
So David Starkey was correct - DeCosta fucked the government with poor advice
Basically, they saying prorogue had to be less than a week long to be lawful
---
So Boris will need to prorogue again to enable Queen's speech because they ruled prorogue null and void.
They said they wanted one yesterday
We are now living under the rule of lawyers - not the same as the rule of law... the best justice money can buy.
Now Bercow will keep handing control of proceedings to opposition to enable reverse of Brexit.
Did we just get rekt by activist judges?
@Astral_Andy Yes and no... Boris's legal advisor, DeCosta, fucked us all - the Supreme Court are technically correct.
David Starkey criticised position advised by DeCosta and sure enough, the courts have now taken a position of supremacy because they were forced to make a ruling.
It's doesn't change Brexit, just the decision to prorogue Parliament, but it now opens the doors for lots of procedural issues to be taken to court for judges to rule on.
and if there's one thing rich remoaners like is a good court case.
it's not the right time to be a dick, farage
Cummings seems to be the one blocking Tory deal with Brexit Party
The major concern for me is if Boros can survive a vote of no confidence, which seems likely to happen now.
if he doesn't there will be a GE
which he will win comfortably
(provided it is before Oct31 or after and Brexit has been delivered)
Will he? The Tories have said they won't ally with the Brexit Party, so it could be a disaster if Labour and the Lib Dems co-ordinate.
