My issue as to why I won't believe it's SJW who actually put it up is the screenshot of a second poster. Specifically in it it says "'Multiculturalism' & 'Diversity' are euphemisms for our genocide." I don't think an SJW is capable of enough self-awareness to realize that's the alt-right position.

If it were an SJW who put it up, I'd expect actual white supremacist messages because that's how they want to paint them.
