a better question is, would there be less if they stopped?

2018-07-13 18:26:12 UTC

I can actually answer this:

Talc is a mineral closely associated with serpentine, also called *asbestos*. The manufacturers of the baby powder claim that it's asbestos free, but you can imagine the less-than-adequate processing prior to the modern era.

Asbestos has been known to cause stomach cancer as well as lung cancer, so I would guess it can affect other 'exposed' organs as well.

(am asbestos certified.)

asbestos was outlawed in use by the late 80s

asbestos did nothing WRONG

ITS ALL A LIE FROM CORPORATE GOVERNMENT TAKOVERS THAT CAUSE THE WORLD TO SOIL ITSELF AND TURN THE FROGS GAY

2018-07-13 22:07:21 UTC

did I do it right?

Abestos is inert if handled correctly

Change My Mind

2018-07-13 22:21:15 UTC

'Inert' is a misnomer because it's just a mineral.

So even if handled incorrectly, it's still inert.

Is it *dangerous* if handled correctly? No, it's not.

2018-07-13 22:26:49 UTC

We removed asbestos in all school buildings because when the buildings inevitably got old they started handing out cancer risk like free candy on a loli convention

IF you start waving it around it's dangerous
