Only reason I stopped using it was because AT&T was sending me threatening messages about how they were going to shut down the 2G infrastructure before 2017
I think he can refuse to make the cake
Change My Mind
Its his problem if he's eliminating customer groups. They can always go to another bakery which will serve them.
this one seems to be provoked however
why would you go to a bakery that was in the national headlines because of the whole bake a cake thing and ask him to bake a cake that he will guarantied refuse to bake
feel like they are trying to spite him
looks like the police in norway are woke on the violence of the left as they did arrest a handful of antifa Wannabes that was going to protest a radical right party that was allowed to have a small rally
It is litterally out of spite. The dude won the gay cake case.
yep
Not really, it was 'narrow' and dismissed. So the actual issue still isn't settled
It was 6/2 in his favor
No, narrow means it was specific to a single issue in the case
It was decided in his favor, because the SCOTUS thought that the state was unfairly punishing him. They didn't state whether or not he's able to discriminate in business practices
It basically said he couldnt be forced to do this. It just left open if it was due to religious or free speech
Sorry it was 7/2 even further split
Yeah, it was not close, but it was 'narrow' in it's scope
Make cakes great again
Yeah, that sounds good.
Well they are soon to hear the florest case for the same thing out of washington
We might get a more definitive answer.
Im just amazed 2 routinely liberal judges voted in the bakers favor
One of them, the guy that retired, was pretty middle of the road 'classical Liberal'
He actually started as a regan conservative
Then flowed more liberal over time.
The one who is retiring
At least he wasn't a progressive
I mean *american liberal* not classical. He began siding with the progressive judges more and more.
Its an oddity. As citizwns grow older there is a right shift over time. But with many judges that shift goes left.
lol
hmmmmm
Holy shit, Trump wants a federal lawsuit sent against the drug companies who push opioids
Good, finally someone does something on it instead of just lipservice
As long as the drug companies are held responsible for shit, instead of that tax payer thing that the vaccine companies use it'll be good.
It's ironic, you sue a company and they don't pay for it, everyone else does. Doesn't seem like that would discourage shit. XD
