I am happy that when the big terrorist attack in norway did happen, If we was to change laws, the PM did say that is for a later day as now the important part is to look after the victims and there relatives, they did wait until they no longer was angry about what had happen and had the facts. the end result was that only a few minor changes was made to the laws as they did find the laws adequate for the most part
