in this case I do think we have a better system here. as a supreme court judge you do not get appointed for life but retires at the age of 70. after that you can reside as a supreme court advisor. it makes sure you dont get a RGB situation

if you are shown to be compromised, there need too be a fail safe

you have organizations like the justice democrats but not for politicians but judges

so you elect some retard president, or retard senators, and they get rid of judge with decades of experiance on a whim

presidents have people in their camp who strongly discourage impulsive actions like that
