thats true, but i have to admit even at my skinniest i had some horrible cardio. like walking a hill would get me winded

2018-03-24 08:14:09 UTC

so i think you need to take just cardio in general into consideration, not just wieght

2018-03-24 08:14:19 UTC

A hill basically simulates gained weight, since you're pushing harder against gravity

2018-03-24 08:14:26 UTC

So that's understandable

2018-03-24 08:14:29 UTC

If someone is skinny because they don't eat much food at all, but they literally never move (like spend all their time on computer) if they walk around the block they would run out of breath

2018-03-24 08:14:51 UTC

a brisk walk for sure

2018-03-24 08:15:01 UTC

maybe not a stroll

2018-03-24 08:15:17 UTC

but a faster pace will do it

2018-03-24 08:15:40 UTC

Hm, I wonder how much more in shape someone who walks around for an hour a day is compared to someone who walks around for a minute a day. Both miniscule, but one's 60x the other.

2018-03-24 08:15:47 UTC

I'm thinking if the only walking they do at all is to their fridge and to their bathroom

2018-03-24 08:16:02 UTC

assuming the person doesn't work or do school

2018-03-24 08:16:05 UTC

anything where they have to move

2018-03-24 08:16:37 UTC

@Chloé Adsolution I think their would be a big difference

2018-03-24 08:16:42 UTC

it is hard to quantify, i mean what do you use for the metrics? but i would say in decently better shape

2018-03-24 08:16:49 UTC

Their muscles will deteriorate by not using them

2018-03-24 08:17:15 UTC

and the fact they are skinny means they must not eat much food, which means they aren't sustaining the muscles they do have anyway

2018-03-24 08:17:26 UTC

it also gets your blood pumping and metabolism going

2018-03-24 08:17:47 UTC

you just feel better after getting exercise

2018-03-24 08:18:11 UTC

I'm pretty immobile during Spring/Fall since I ski regularly in the Winter and I'm outside a lot in the Summer, but whenever I go up and down my stairs or anywhere around the house, I'm pretty much always jumping and running from one place to the next as fast as I can

2018-03-24 08:18:25 UTC

I wonder how that is compared to just slowly walking to the fridge for instance

2018-03-24 08:18:26 UTC

Chloe how do you quote like you always do?

2018-03-24 08:18:39 UTC

Surround text with three of ` on each side

2018-03-24 08:18:44 UTC

Thanks

2018-03-24 08:19:23 UTC

if you dont mind me asking Chloe, are you in good shape?

2018-03-24 08:19:26 UTC

@Deleted User That's why I wrote this earlier

``` In the end, for me, exercise has become my daily drug. It gives you rushes of adrenaline and after you are exhausted it is similar to a drug-feeling effect.
Then I just smoke a couple times a year - if that, and drink every couple months or so. ```
2018-03-24 08:19:49 UTC
The grave accent next to 1, not the quote mark
2018-03-24 08:20:03 UTC
ja
2018-03-24 08:20:09 UTC
i missed that MTK
2018-03-24 08:20:28 UTC
Exercise is a good addiction to have
2018-03-24 08:20:33 UTC
for sure
2018-03-24 08:20:40 UTC
As long as you eat enough
2018-03-24 08:20:59 UTC
diet is a big factor in how you feel
2018-03-24 08:21:09 UTC
```if you dont mind me asking Chloe, are you in good shape?```I'm pretty naturally strong and I'm not underweight (certainly not overweight), so I wouldn't say I'm in bad shape at all.

2018-03-24 08:21:34 UTC

okay yeah i figured if you are running around the house

2018-03-24 08:21:36 UTC

I'd say pretty decent shape

2018-03-24 08:22:07 UTC

people who are in bad shape dont even have the energy or motivation to do that

2018-03-24 08:22:12 UTC

I don't do any dedicated exercise, though I'm naturally energetic

2018-03-24 08:22:26 UTC

You can leave `language` blank if you don't want highlighting.

2018-03-24 08:22:36 UTC

you probably have a good metabolism

2018-03-24 08:23:07 UTC

Ye I do

2018-03-24 08:23:15 UTC

It slows down as you age
