Relevant for the soon post knife UK
@Reaps
The US is not the UK, and every police is shaped according to the violence levels of each society
That's a fucking old video.
Why IS US so violent society?
Seems the UK better step it up then.
@Fulcrum010 zibbity wig wog nibba nibba snarf
Since their level of violence has dramatically increased.
@Omsomething
I don't think it is tbh
"the difference between the UK police and the US police is that the UK is the only country with an unarmed police force
@Omsomething Is it?
Well if
```The US is not the UK, and every police is shaped according to the violence levels of each society```
Would be let to stand
As explanation of US police force use.
...do you have two accounts on here or summin?
@Jek Porkins sounds like a great opportunity to overthrow parlaiment
I lost access to first account for being a reratd,
And i state the last word was put in that form intentionally.
@Fulcrum010 Seriously though, this is the paradigm through which 'good/bad policing' and 'gun violence' is usually viewed, for better or worse
@Reaps
Which one exactly?
"UK v US"
I don't like the whole "drunk" excuse because it reminds me of feminists trying to say "drunk people can't consent" as if no one is responsible for their own choices and actions.
except when the drunk dude is groping a woman
then the alcohol is just fueling his deepest darkest desirrrrrrrrrres
Drunk as an excuse is fine as long as everyone agrees it cuts in ALL directions.
Ooo, even better (and shorter)
Sober you should have been more responsible to prevent drunk you from making a mistake
Nice
That is stupid
I wonder... could you sue yourself for neglect?
I'm not responsible for someone elses decisions and no one else is responsible for mine when drunk
No, you cant. My father's in insurance. People have tried...
@Reaps
I don't think it's fair to compare policies form different places tbh, each case is one case.
Plus, I'm not saying that US police should give up their guns or to stop shooting at people, my point is that sometimes they could find a better solution, and I gave this case as an example.
Personally i think US folk have this odd notion that gun is an defense option. They should get past that and all things would fall into place.
