I'd imagine most peoples in Europe would say that a fully assimilated immigrant (while we may argue on what clasisfies Assimilated) is == Native citizen

if I went up to random people in europe and asked if we should see a fully culturally assimilated migrants as any different socially/legally/politically as a native citizens, I'd bet money it would take a while before I met someone who said no
