The Arabs had some remarkable civilization pre Islam and more notably pre Mongol invasion. Granted nothing comparable to Greece or Rome. There is no way to bring that level of organic civilization back.

Eh. I have kind of (in an ideal world) become a pro EU cuck on this point. Balance of labor and funding the infrastructure of other European countries could help develop the Slavic countries. But who really cares about ideal world policies in a world where all Whites were pro European. Evropa vs the world.
