2018-06-04 23:39:53 UTC

It’s the big gay

2018-06-04 23:40:01 UTC

@Deleted User Don't worry. You're just presenting something very alien to people. You gotta have patience.

2018-06-04 23:40:02 UTC

Can fascists have a constitutional document? You guys are too much

2018-06-04 23:40:03 UTC

lol

2018-06-04 23:40:33 UTC

true

2018-06-04 23:41:19 UTC

Theyre not putting into vision a political ideaology, it would have a set of laws and principles....like any state

2018-06-04 23:41:38 UTC

Ours would have more social codes....

2018-06-04 23:41:47 UTC

perhaps even ending disestablisment

2018-06-04 23:41:54 UTC

thats a big discussion now

2018-06-04 23:41:55 UTC

Religious police too

2018-06-04 23:42:11 UTC

no, more like a religious council to advise lawmakers

Show ankles, get whipped

2018-06-04 23:42:24 UTC

lol

2018-06-04 23:42:46 UTC

White sharia now

2018-06-04 23:42:49 UTC

So, I see when I talk about constraints on the power of government that you mention constitutions, and that makes sense because it's a lot of how the nuts and bolts works in the west. But I think it's better to look at moral philosophy for your constraints. Lockeian type stuff.

Honestly this might be part of my confusion, because I don't see the lines in which government should be constrained as some sort of edict made by powerful people. I see it as a consequence of nature, or 'natural law,' as they say. That means there is no contradiction between 'having any laws at all' and 'there is no excuse for law X Y Z'

2018-06-04 23:43:04 UTC

Because there is a delineation there that transcends.

2018-06-04 23:43:07 UTC

'Rights' basically.

2018-06-04 23:43:11 UTC

None fully on, @M4Gunner there are some facets of it in some systems, but the best example is probably Israel

2018-06-04 23:43:41 UTC

Its probably the fullest expression of a traditional view codified into law and Natsoc in direction

2018-06-04 23:43:59 UTC

Not the tradition of europeans, though close, since it was just a bunch of eastern europeans who made it

2018-06-04 23:44:10 UTC

but the jew thing is obvioously a bit of a problem

2018-06-04 23:44:18 UTC

not for them of course

2018-06-04 23:44:41 UTC

Ah

2018-06-04 23:44:44 UTC

There it is

2018-06-04 23:44:58 UTC

Yes, Israel is NatSoc

2018-06-04 23:45:27 UTC

So we could see that as an expression of Fascism, but accordingly, if it were in teh USA, it wouldnt be a "jewish homeland"

2018-06-04 23:45:37 UTC

but theirs is.
