I wanted to start a discord server, where a bot is the owner. The Bot would be an interface to a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) and it regulates the discord server.

Mods would be elected, and rule changes can be proposed and voted on (like in the game Nomic, there is also discord server already playing it). Voters will be experienced users (like here, > level 8 or something).

Then let it envolve and see what happens.
