I would trust it more than Media Matters, but there will be a lot of problems with interest groups dogpiling the site with their own biased reviews in order to blot out any criticism or endorsement of a journalitic outlet.
Like, there was a problem with Yelp with that lawyer who threw a tantrum at Subway

Basically, his business' yelp profile was dogpiled by one-star reviews from various accounts saying nothing but "RACI1ST!!1" over and over again.
It was probably the first time he ever cut an onion. I wouldn't bother cutting onions either, if I was as rich as him.
