someone asked the writers of Infinity War how they would save the DCEU

they gave two simple answers

Focus on the obscure and little heroes first, and don't plan sequels before the first one does well

Iron Man was a C-list hero, and they simply made a good movie about him, and it opened up using all the C and B-list hereos cause the A-list fan4stick, spidey and x-men didn't belong to them

and they've made the biggest movie franchise every

DC had all their A-listers ready to go, and somehow managed to fuck it all up by not letting us get to know all these heroes first

I'm excited for Wonder Woman 1984 (the current sequel title) and only that one

cause the first Wonder Woman was pretty frickin' good, stupid CGI ares fight aside.
