Exposure like that makes the insurance cases pretty clear and they can't weasel out of paying

German manufacturers (namely BMW, Mercedes, Audi to name a few) tried to make dashcams a built-in feature and then the insurance lobby exerted pressure on them

Cameras are still there, but they now use them strictly as a computer vision. It does not record, just recognises the situation and adjusts the lane heading or brakes before another car if the driver failed to do so

Well, people are often critical of the wealthy, so it's quite easy for somebody in power to point at them and say "those rich guys are the cause of all your problems" when a lot of people are already thinking that.

Just look at the way people protest the 1% in the west
