She made me do so many meaningless chores while offering nothing but scalding critique of any small thing done wrong that I somehow am not compelled to do anything when I have nothing to do

And whenever one chore ended there was another to do, even if it stretched outside of our flat at that point

There was no end, was no point of satisfaction, no rewards and physical punishment for not doing
