I do admit I am in the 1% and extremely lucky to not have had to take on massive student debt but Id like to think a lot of that was because of my hard work in HS and busting my ass freelancing during the summers and doing Tier 1 and jr sysadmin IT.

My SO and I will always keep our finances seperate and we both trust eachother and split bills 50/50 (But largely we treat eachother a lot within our budgets so its probably skewed from that number some months my way some months his.
