sadly the tv tax in Norway is a mandatory tax for all that own a tv that can receive any form of tv signals. and they are thinking of making it a mandatory for everyone soon.
the main reason why they want to make a tax everyone have to pay is that, people got smart and stop buying tv or got tvs that cant revive signals so they are exempt from the tax. and we all know government's love to bleed the taxes out everyone
