No I have not. All I know is that they have made a bunch of laws to go around their constitution. Especially around 2015. Their constitution says that freedom of assembly is a must thing, but they a made a law that says they can stop any formation of a group gathering.

Yeah, it's more complicated than it sounds tbh.
Russian politician organization seems like they're trying to prevent outside interference and tampering, while giving a lot of say to the various regions to have their voice herd, but limiting the overall democratic participation by the people.
So, it's good and bad, depending on how you view things.
