Was he a checkmark?
oh
typical twitter snowflake reaction nonetheless
so I just started watching sargon
from the beginning
once he got an actual microphone
Mind rape, kek.
@Tricerius Crowder seems very weak on this one, even by his standards. He failed to justify most of his arguments. I think he could have done better, if he had taken more time to formulate his thoughts more eloquently.
I'm not too sure about that. He was too emotionally engaged for that 2bh.
cant tell tbh. The kid was bad also, not so emotionally engaged, but he didnt really make his case well
Definitely. I did say the kid sucked.
love the "oooooh" part when the kid drops the word "autistic"
like, relax crowd, jeez
how sensitive are they
Yeah. The kid's dumb for resorting to ad hominem, but let's not act as if it offended anyone.
he can call whatever he wants as autistic or retarded
i dont care
Absolutely, but it does hurt the case he's making.
also "its very easy to argue from logic and syllogisms" ? thats one of the most stupidly untrue statements i have ever heard.
Arguing from pure logic is the hardest thing to do, because logic, and specifically propositional logic, aims to force us to accept a conclusion by eliminating all other options
I.e. its only logical if we can only reach X conclusion
otherwise, the argument is not sound
"autistic" as a phrase is retarded Keepo
kek
@DankMemez So all situations which might end with different conclusions are pseudo logical?
Not trying to strawman
actually asking.
@Tricerius situations? I dont know what you mean here
I am addressing what the kid said, about philosophy and logical syllogisms
Hm.
what situations? as in real things that happen?
real life events?
thats completely irrelevant
More like abstracts.
well i have no idea what you mean still
go study propositional logic, or at least go to wikipedia to get an idea, then you'll see what i mean
this is epistemology, and i guess you can say its an abstract
Look how easy it is:
P1. Elizabeth owns either a Honda or a Saturn.
P2. Elizabeth does not own a Honda.
C: Therefore, Elizabeth owns a Saturn.
Based on the 2 premises, you cant reach any other conclusion
