these days you only need to call 999 when you feel "othered" or experience a microaggression so the size / gender of the police doesn't matter

Civil Cases are hard tho

Because the Government will often back the officer

Imagine being in a civil case for years because some idiot required you to shoot them

Which means the victims are going to have to Shell out lots for attorney bills

How much money that is gonna cost

Victims usually get pro-bono attorneys from ACLU etc

ACLU is kind of an asshole organization nowadays

Officer here in Baton Rouge that shot the guy who went for his gun had to pay out of the ass for attorneys

So I guess they might go along with it

Guy went for a gun on his person

Cop got fired which means he can no longer work in law enforcement anywhere else, because of politics.

They kept him on for a few months then got rid of him
