I see no problem with this. If you understood how shit our public schools are, you'd send your kid to those programs too.

people do that even here in norway. hell even my family have done that to get their kids to a better school. that is why I'm saying parents are to be able to choose schools more easy and let the free market weed out the shit ones even the public schools
