Considering the size of that building, they're probably like 100+ people.
It's a big hit, of course, but if not too many key players died I'm sure they'll recover somewhat easily.
They probably couldve recovered financially but the arson killed a lot of the competent staff and directors
I heard that there were over 70 people in that building. Only 10 got out safely.
Human loss is usually harder not because of "muh feelings" but because talent can be hard to gain back.
