It may help to go back through your lineage. If you can't do that you may check out what physical characteristics you have that line up with certain regions/ethnicities e.t.c.

You could probably get close if you start with phenotype. After that start going through traits that are common with a certain group of people (i.e. facial structure). It's not 100%, but it should work to some degree
