It's an injustice to the child. That said, you have to play the hand your dealt and if it ends up happening you have to move on. As long as one does the best they can with what they have, and doesn't continue the same behavior 'sall good.
Do I have any? No. I know children who were raised in single parent households. Most of them that I know are more unstable emotionally/prone to acting irrationally or irresponsibly than those that were raised in a household with both parents.
